Welcome to Group Coaching Weekly. By registering for or participating in any live group coaching experience (“Circle”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Participation in the Circle
The Circle is a live, interactive group coaching experience designed to support personal and professional growth. By participating, you agree to engage respectfully and take full responsibility for your experience.
2. Recording & Content Use (Important)
The Circle may be recorded.
By participating, you grant Group Coaching Weekly and its affiliates an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative content from your voice, image, likeness, and any contributions you make during the Circle, for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, in any media now known or developed in the future, without compensation.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such recordings and waive any claims related to privacy, publicity rights, or compensation.
If you prefer not to be recorded, you may keep your camera off and refrain from speaking.
3. No Guarantees
The Circle is intended for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or personal achievements.
4. Not Professional Advice
Nothing shared in the Circle constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
5. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge full responsibility for your participation, decisions, and results. Group Coaching Weekly is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your participation.
6. Confidentiality (Community Standard)
We encourage participants to respect the privacy of others. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting.
7. Code of Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to remove or deny access to any participant at our sole discretion, without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and content provided by Group Coaching Weekly are its intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Access, Changes, or Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any Circle at any time. We also reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Group Coaching Weekly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to technical issues, outages, or events outside reasonable control.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
